I thought I'd go way back to the very last page of this board and I don't even recognize some of the ladies who used to post here. What happened to them? And I see that some of you guys have been on this board for at least two years, WOW!!

I have been posting on this board since we set our date which was sept of 2010.  But I joined the knot earlier maybe in march of 2010 and posted on the not engaged yet board.

I have been thinking the same thing, I was wondering if they where still planning or just got tired of the bored.

I did that a while ago too! I wonder if some of the girls had some big changes happen and had to change the date or plans. Or since the board was kinda empty at first, maybe others got bored and never came back haha.

Littlemoments has been here the longest I think. I've been here since last January... 6 months late after getting engaged lol. I soo wish I had discovered the boards part of TK because I could have SERIOUSLY used some help while I was in NC for 2 weeks in early January wedding dress shopping and deciding. Not to mention get some help on where to go and things like that. Glad to be here now though

Some of them probably moved their dates or something...I have no idea when I found this board...I think i signed up for the knot in March 2010 and started avidly using the knot when we got engaged in Oct 2010...It is funny to look back...I see LADY won a contest early on on TK.

I joined when i was first engaged in July 2010, not sure when i started posting though.....i was a bit shy and didn't really understand TK too much.

Yeah,  I decided to lurk a little bit but started posting around April of 2011.  There have been some people who have disappeared but I think that we have a good mix of people and the people who have stayed have been a lot of fun.

Lol how do you look back?  Did you just click on page 1 or something?  I won the knot look book for being the first to post a response at a thread.  That is when the board was slow!

Yeah, there are a good number of ppl who posted regularly even this summer who have disappeared. I think a few changed their dates, but I don't know about all of them.

@Nati, same for me! I joined the Knot within 2 days of getting engaged, lol, but I didn't find the boards until April or May 2011. By then I had already gotten my dress and booked my venue.

FI and I have actually been engaged for 5 years.  I don't think I joined TK when we were first engaged.  I joined in July of last year after we decided to get married in July this year.

I joined sometime in May of 2011 I forget when I found the month board but probably sometime in June when I booked a place.  I think I found the boards by looking for reviews of my venue.

I joined wayyy long ago when I was a BM in a friend's wedding!!!  FI and I were supposed to be engaged in 2010 (didn't happen) and were supposed to get married in 7'11, but he got laid off twice in the same year...So, we finally got officially, engaged in Feb. 2011!!!  So, I've been around for quite some time gathering ideas and meeting some awesome people (like you lovely knotties!!!)
