The chairs at my venue have a weird pattern/color thing going on, so we're definitely not using them as is. We are having a late lunch wedding after a ceremony in the inn's garden. FI envisions the reception as kind of bringing the garden inside. Our flower centerpieces will be shades of blue with bright green accents.
I feel like chair covers will look too heavy for a daytime reception in a bright space. I'm not sure why I think that, so I was hoping to get some opinions on using chair covers versus renting different chairs that we wouldn't cover. The rental chairs we would get would probably be natural wood, and I think we could get a blue cushion for the seat (or just go with the white cushion). What do you think would look best?
