We already had a super small wedding and are planning on a fun, casual BBQ type of party/reception for all friends and family in about a month.
I am looking for wording....it is being held at his father and step-mom's house, but being paid for by us. So...I know they are "hosting" it but I don't want people to think they are footing the bill. (mostly b/c we have other parents and don't want them to feel weird or need to pay for anything).
Any suggestions on invite wording?
Re: Invite wording for casual BBQ reception after wedding
As far as the reception wording, just say something like Barbeque dinner to follow or something like that. I'm sure there is a better way to word the BBQ part, i just can't think of anything else right now.

If you wanted more casual wording, just Google invitation wording or go the main Knot Wedding Invitations section and use the invitation wizard.
