Alright girls I need some help here
We are 95% positive we found our venue. We've gotten a preliminary quote and it actually puts us below budget (yay!) so I'm now getting to the point of if this is it what should be in the document for reservering our date/solidifiying a quote etc.
We obviously need to put money down to reserve the date and our wedding isn't until Oct 2012 and god forbid something happens with the venue between now and then I'd like to be protected so legal wise what should I be looking for??
