I'm racking my brain and making a list of tables I will need at the ceremony/reception. I want to make sure I have all the linens I need and get what few I need while Linentable.com is having the 30% off code. I also have about $30 in rewards points from reviews and tags to use.
Ceremony & reception are at same venue
Entering venue in foyer:
-- 1 8ft banquet table for the guest book, Hershy kisses bag favors & "Well Wishes" box

Near the ceremony area:
Just outside the patio doors

-- 1 4ft table for bubbles, programs: about where the long picnic table is. It will be moved

-- 1 4ft altar table for sand ceremony, under our canopy in the grass:

In Reception area:

-- 1 4ft table for plates, cultery & nakpins
-- 3 8ft tables set food buffet
-- 1 4ft table for drinks & cups
-- 1 8ft table set for DJ & sound equipment (not sure until we get there exactly where this one will need to go)

-- 1 8ft cake table (on the stage so it can be seen)
-- 1 8ft gift & card box table ( to the left where the table is)
Am I leaving out any tables? I know I'll have guest tables & a sweetheart table but I'm talking about item specific tables. TIA!
