For those who are serving a midnight lunch (after-dinner snack around 10:30 so people don't get hungry), what are you serving? I know a lot of people serve cold cuts and buns and cheese, but I'm not really into this idea as I feel it's pretty bland and boring. I was thinking of maybe a taco station (set up bowls with different fillings and toppings) but this could get very messy. Anyone have any other unique, tasty, and easy ideas?
