Ok so our reception will be starting at 3 and we are only doing heavy H'ouer derves. So we will have a d.j. and dancing. So my moms main concern was was when do we have food sitting out so that guests don't just assume that after the cake and stuff nothing is happening. I made the suggestion of making a schedule to put on everybodys place so they know there is going to be dancing, but than that feels like mayeb people will think they have to stay. what are some of your ideas?
