I need some input, my fiance and I had a big wedding planned for Sept of this year with all the bells and whistles, 6 people standing on each side of us and all that fun stuff. We then decided because of different issues that we were cancelling that and postponing it until the following year. We talked and figured out that my fiance was very overwhelmed by the thought of a huge wedding. So we decided we will have a destination wedding at Cocoa Beach Florida in June 2012 with only our family there. Well one of the girls that was supposed to stand up with me has been friends with my fiance since they were young is very upset with me for the fact that she will not be able to attend and is sending me alot of very rude text messages telling me how much this hurts and telling me how much she does not agree with this and it's not fair. I told her this is what both of us want and she is more then welcome to come but will have to get there and her hotel stays. She said she doesn't have the money to do that even though there is more then a year to save. What else can i do besides tell her I am sorry and either way make someone mad? This is what both of us want, it's our day. Does anyone have any thoughts on what I should do? We are still having a big reception when we get back and playing the wedding video and having all the stuff you'd nomally have at a for a wedding, bachelor parties and bridal showers we want them to be involved in. I just don't know what to do without making someone upset...
Thank you...
