We are having a more casual backyard BBQ reception so I'm wondering what to do about the introduction of the bride&groom & wedding party that you usually see. We will have a kind of sound system for music, but will not have a DJ since there won't be any dancing. We actually arent even planning on any kind of speeches from the wedding party either so chances are there wont be a mic. I'm just not sure what we should be doing while guests arrive so they're not just wandering around the reception until they spot us somewhere & realize we're there already.
