Wedding Color Help

Hey everyone, I have recently started planning my wedding for late August 2014.  My main color choises are a strong but light blue, like a sky or aqua color.  And yellow, like sunflower yellow.  I know these two colors will look great, but I wanted to incorporate more then just the yellow sunflower, (like the orange and red ones too!) Would these work together?  Or should I just choose a completely different third color to work with instead.

If you mix sky, yellow and red, it is a primary color scheme which could look childish, unless editted very carfully.   Sky blue, butter yellow and vivid orange would be fun cheerful colors for a wedding. There are so many bright colored flowers available in August that are available in yellows and oranges.

We did blue and yellow as our wedding colors.  We did a cornflower blue and a soft yellow, and I think it looked great.  I agree with PP, though, that you have to be careful not to have too many bright colors or it can look too much like a child's birthday party.

My cousin had those same colors.  She also used pink and orange flowers in addition to yellow sunflowers and blue gerbera daisies.

Thanks so much for the imput guys!! I am most likely going to use orange as more of an accent in with the yellow flowers, but I'm sure a good florist will know exactly how to do it!
