Our reception is going to be more cocktails and dancing, we just want it to be casual and everyone to mingle and have fun, so are not doing an actual dinner. We will have appetizers of course, but plan on using 'pretty' paper plates and all of that will be right along with the appetizers.
Will the tables look too bare with only centerpieces on them and no serveware and glassware?
The table linnens are black and I'm planning on some tables having a martini glass with a gerbra daisy in it and then candy scattered around it and then some tables having a vase I put together using a candle stick holder and another candle vase that will hold 2 calla lilies and again scatter candy around instead of candles.
What else could I put on the tables so they won't look so bare? Or will they be fine with just that? Or would doing a table runner help?
