hi ladies! reception timing?

hello! so a while ago i read a post where a woman asked what everyone's timing was for their reception (cake, special dances, garter toss, etc) and i CANNOT find it!! there were a few ideas that i loved and i am hoping that some of you will post your reception order again!

Here's my planned timeline:

6:00-7:00 - cocktail hour
7:00 -8:00 - guests enter dining room for dinner
                    my dad gives short welcome speech
                    FI's dad says blessing before dinner
                    salad course
                    toasts by MOH and BM
                    main course
8:00-11:00 - band starts playing
                    first dance
                    combined father/daughter and mother/son dance
                    general music and dancing
                    cake cutting during first band break
                    bouquet toss during second band break

Here is mine--I had a 7:00 p.m. ceremony.  We pretty much stayed right on track exactly.
ETA:  Mine may not be that helpful because we didn't do any special dances except for first dance. 

7:00pm - Ceremony
7:30pm - Cocktails for guests/Bride and Groom pictures
8:15pm - Bride and groom announced/first dance
8:20pm - Welcome
8:30pm - Dinner served
9:00pm - Dance floor opens
9:30pm - Toasts/cake
10:30pm - Bouquet/garter
11:15pm - Last dance for guests
11:20pm - Private last dance for bride/groom
11:30pm - Exit
