So I'm new to this.. but what do you guys think of this timeline?
6:00 - 8:00 First See, Portraits, Ketubah Signing (On-site)8:00 - 8:30 Ceremony (Candle lit)
8:30 - 9:30 Cocktail Hour (With passed hors d'oeuvres, signature cocktail)
9:30 - 10:30 Desserts (Wedding cake, ice cream bar)
12:00 Reception Ends
60 guests, no children
Open Bar
I mean, its at 8pm on a Friday night. You think ppl will still expect dinner at 8? Is that too short of a reception? 3.5 hrs? This fits into our budget AND that way we can get the photographer we want. Plus, its a funky space so I'm thinking different tables and chairs, modern candle lit centerpieces for the tables we do use, and... ahh, too many ideas!
