So here's ther thing: I want to have a champagne toast but we have nothing in our budget for servers. How can this be done?
*I was thinking maybe the bartender can pour the glasses and have them ready right before the toast but that can leave the glasses going flat while she pours because we have something like 150 guests.
*Another idea is that we can place bottles at the tables: one of champagne and one of grape juice (for the non drinkers and children). I saw this at a quincenera and it worked pretty well.
Any ideas?
