Escord Card Ideas for a Large Wedding

Hi All- I am in the midst of planning a 300 person wedding and need ideas for escort cards/boards.  Any idea(s) would be appreciated! Thanks!!

thank you so much- ithats a wonderful idea. i was also thinking of makign simple  cards and putting them in a card catalog type box by last name.  any other ideas out there!?

i've seen this once before in a wedding 5 years ago, but I couldnt figure out how to do it.  great idea!

You know, I just realized that I still have the frames sitting at home in my kitchen.  I haven't done anything with them since our July wedding.   I'll take a picture when I get home and post on here so you can have a better idea of what I'm talking about.

This picture is way over exposed...my camera was being non-cooperative.  Anyway, you get the basic idea.

If you want to make the simple cards, you could start typing/writing names of people you KNOW will be there (parents, grandparents, WP, etc.)  I know you run the risk of someone not showing up (someone passing away), but it might help getting some of them out of the way.

I typed up lists on my computer with nice font, and paper and matted and framed them...Did one in the bar and one in the entry.... it worked out well and nobody had trouble with it..

Dealing with all those little cards just seemed so daunting!!!
