If one is renting a venue with bar service only and having a caterer come in to serve buffet style with paper plates, then who typically gets these paper plates & utensils cleared and in the trash? Even if renting china from a company, who actually clears this china and packs it back up? Is it someone from the catering company or do you need to find waitstaff?
