I'm just wondering how much cake I need for 90 or less people.
I have one cake place telling me 3 tiers of 6" 8" 10" is enough for 100, and the top tier is fake!
Another place says that I would need 9" 12" 16" !
Obviously the individual serving serves they have in mind are different, but what is more realistic? My best friend tells me that there tends to be a lot of leftover cake.
edit: most guests are Asian and not big sweet eaters. no other desserts though
