Seating Chart Question

Hi, I have a question about seating charts.

I have managed to put everyone at a table with people who they either know or have something in common with (which I am amazed at because I hardly know anyone on my fiance's side). The dance floor at our hall is in the middle of the room, with tables on either side. I had to split his family, as his parents are divorced, between one side of the dance floor and the other. I don't know how to divy up my side of the family though to even out the room. I don't know anyone on my dad's side of the family and we have decided not to invite them for this reason (he had a falling out with a lot of them before I was born anyway). However, my mom's family accounts for nearly 90 guests  of our 180 guest list. I also have a lot more family friends than my fiance has. How do I split them between the right and left side of the dance floor? I am also trying to keep in mind the ages and ability to walk of some of the family members and keeping them near enough to the hall that leads to the restroom. But I don't want all the older people on one side of the room and all the younger people on the other. How do I divide this up without it looking like I am segregating people?  Thanks.
