We are doing cupcakes in 3 different flavors instead of a wedding cake, which will be displayed on some kind of cupcake tree I'm making. We are having a seated dinner but are unsure how we should serve the cupcakes...Some options would be: Buffet style (everyone goes to the cupcake table and gets one); Servers bring each person a cupcake (but then they wouldn't get to choose their flavor); Servers bring each table enough cupcakes for everyone at that table, etc...Other ideas?
