This might be a silly question, but I've searched this board and the etiquette board extensively and can't find an answer.
We are inviting 15-20 kids ranging from itty bitty to 12 years old. Obviously whoever gets a kids meal will get a seat, but when do they get a meal? Do I just have to wait to see who replies 'yes' with their kids?
