I am completely stumped for my reception table names. I am having a Marie Antionette/Rococo themed wedding. The groomsmen are getting sword as their gift, the escort cards are origami roses, we are having family crest cookies, and after dinner we are having a masquarde ball. I would like to incorporate the theme into the names for our tables, but cannot thing of how to do that. Please help!!
Here is my inspiration board to help. The ballroom is an actually picture from my venue, the paper roses is a picture I took, and the ring will be mine after one more payment.
Re: Rococo table naming idea
Or countries that France dealt with during her reign.
French desserts she might have eaten.

The different palaces and rooms of Versailles sound like interesting ideas.
I was acutally thinking about nameing the tables after different countries but my fiance was not too excited with that idea.
Another idea that was given to me was to use the colors of the origami roses to color code the tables. I cannot image how a rainbow of table colors would look though.
[QUOTE]You could always use numbers: un, deux, trois, quatre....

This. Especially if you are having a fairly large wedding your guests might find it difficult to navigate with arbitrarily named tables.
