Palm Springs Wedding

We really want to get married in Palm Springs/Desert and love the Parker Palm Springs and Viceroy, but I would like other ideas. Any suggestions on other places to look at. We would like to stay away from larger hotels and ballrooms. Anything unique and different is ideal.
