Breakfast Wedding

My Fiance and I really like breakfast food.  Our first date was for breakfast.  When we first started dating he would buy me orange juice not flowers.  I would really like to have breakfast food (like a brunch buffet) at our reception.  I am newly engaged and trying to research this possibility.  I haven't found much information.  If you could tell me anything you know or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it!

Make sure that you have plenty of coffee, cocoa, tea, juice, etc since not everyone likes alcohol that early in the day.

Some good friends of mine had a sunrise wedding with a breakfast reception to follow.  It was early, but I thought it was really wonderful!  We toasted with mimosas and there's something about breakfast food that makes it much harder for caterers to screw up.  They had the standard breakfast fare plus an omelot bar with a chef cooking omelets to order.

If you aren't big on the whole dance party scene, I think this is a great way to go.  People are more content in the morning to chat, watch a slide show of photos, cut the cake, etc... and don't need oodles of alcohol or pounding music to feel satisfied.
