Hi everyone! I have a small dilemma that I am hoping you will help me solve by brainstorming with me! I'm having a sit down dinner, however I'm posting a seating chart at the entrance rather than using escord cards. This presents a small problem for the caterer since they will not know who ordered what at each table. Though the caterer will know how many of each entree for each table, we're not assigning specific seats at the table and the caterer does not want to have to ask each person what they ordered (because it will slow their progress, and I wouldn't trust everyone to remember anyways). Does anybody have a good idea as to how to solve this? I'm hoping you can help me come up with a creative solution, rather than talk me out of the seating chart and into escort cards
