So my reception venue has beautiful pine-looking wooden walls, one of the main reasons I picked the hall, so I want to make sure my wedding colors compliment them well. My wedding is october and my theme is pumpkins and roses, the problem is i'm not a fan of fall colors and I have a very modern taste. I was thinking that I could pull off doing almost everything in ivory and black and having purple as an accent color for some things, including uplighting at the reception and also the bouquets and bout's.
I'm now wondering if my colors are going to clash with the hall? I have been also considering a chocolate and champagne brown theme, thinking this would maybe go with the walls more and fit the season more, but I'm not sure what color flowers would look good that's not orange or red.
I guess the question is, if you were having a fall wedding at my venue what color schemes would you go with? haha. ah decisions
