Wedding Color Help

We are getting married in Aug. We are going for a forest type look, cutting branches for flower pots and candle holders. I don't know what colors would look good with that. I would love to use bright yellow and I was thinking of using burgandy too. Any advice, anyone think I could make those colors work together?

I think those colors sound good together.  When you said bright yellow my first thought was sunflowers and black-eyed susans.  Burgandy is a good forest color too.  Just make sure you have enough greenery and brown (wood?) to pull it all together.  I went to the home paint stores when I was starting to play with color combinations and played with the color swatches.  This is one way you can get an idea of how your color choices would work together.

Sunflowers came to my mind too...I LOVE THEM!!  Orange and Burgandy doesnt sound too hot to me...I'd try "forest green" and yellow...maybe some beige to even it all out...

I'm sorry if this comes off a bit rude, but I thought you might like to know... Yellow and red/orange/burgundy to me reads fast-food restaurant. I'm sure there are tasteful ways to execute... For instance if both are accent colors - but I think you would definitely need to incorporate something else in there. I like the yellow and forest green idea very much.
