shuttle service from hotel to reception

The shuttle service provided by the hotel the rooms are booked at has only two vehicles to fit 6 and 10 passengers. We need a larger mode for transportation and seem to have a hard time finding something affordable. Any suggestions for larger transportation?

    For specific local info, you should ask your local board. 

    But for starters, talk to the hotel and see if they have any connections and start talking to limo companies.

    Talk to your local school district - they might be able to rent you a school bus or two for very little money!

    Our hotel and venue were close enough together (5 minute drive) that the shuttle bus just made multiple trips. Is that an option for you?
