I am planning brunch reception?  Do u think this is a good idea?

As long as you, your FI, and your WP are okay with getting up at the buttcrack of dawn to start getting ready for the ceremony, it's a great idea.

I love brunch.  Just make there is a good variety of breakfast and lunch food rather than just a meal of high-carb breakfast foods. 

It might help to skip fully getting ready with your wedding party - if several people aren't getting their hair and makeup done and getting dressed together, the wedding party hopefully won't have to get up terribly early.  Not taking a ton of pre-ceremony pictures would also save some time.
