Food Course

We are looking to have a "broccoli" course as part of the meal at our wedding. Any ideas what we could serve - something like an appetizer. We aren't into choosing broccoli salad... Something a little classier.

I have seen quite a few recipes for bruschetta made with broccli rabe and cheese.

Ditto the quiche and soup ideas ... otherwise, maybe a broccoli tempura (battered and deep fried flowerets)?  That's one of those things that can be done really well or really horribly, though, so I'd be sure to request it as part of your tasting.

That's going to be one flatulent affair! I like the quiche idea. Nothing goes with broccoli farts like cheese and egg farts. Oh, I can smell it now...  ;)
