inexpensive/wecoming reception

We are looking to have an inexpensive reception after our destination wedding. Does anyone have any ideas?  We have discussed a back yard bbq type reception, but also discussed a tent at a park or something of the sort.  What would your ideas be? PLEASE HELP! I would love to have something unique, yet would love to keep the cost down.

    I think that the backyard BBQ would be your cheapest option. Do you have the room for lots of people?

    We have a decent indoor space and a smaller yard (in my opinion). We are estimating 150-200. Seems like a lot of ppl to be tracking in and out of the house.....We are so at a loss on this one!  It is my 2nd wedding, his 1st so i don't want him to miss out on all the "glitz" but we just don't really have the finances to do it without going into debt (that we don't want). Let's be honest...he is a guy! He says he just wants to make me happy.....I don't want him ti wish for something more later.
