I'm so happy, loving my venue right now.
The plated dinner they offer comes with a first course, main and dessert.
Since I am going to serve wedding cake as dessert, they are letting me sub out the dessert for a midnight snack.
I'm going to have them bring out a table of Philly soft pretzles and flavored mustards/dipping sauces at about 11:30.
After a few hours of drinking and dancing people might appreciate a bite.
