We are having barbeque buffet for our reception. We are also using banquet tables and allowing people to sit where they please. I don't care for the whole "you must sit here" thing, I'd rather the guests chose and be happy. One problem I am running into is how to orchestrate getting people to the buffet line. Should I number/label tables and go by that or just let people line up and wait?
