you might check on www.vrbo.com or www.homeaway.com. i was looking for something similar in austin and found a few places that would rent out their vacation homes for a wedding. and like pp said, check with your local as well.

Yeah, try your local board. 

I have heard of people renting vacation condos at the beach for a small destination wedding, but it still required a lot of logistics for renting canopies, tables, chairs, dealing with parking issues, and the noise bothering neighbors, etc...

If you live in an apartment building, some of them have clubhouses you can rent for small gatherings.
