ways to incorporate photos

My FI and I have been dating for almost 11 years, since sophomore year of high school, so we have a ton of photos of us with different groups of friends and family and some funny ones from when we just started dating.  I would love to incorporate them somehow, either in centerpieces or at cocktail hour while people are mingling.  Any ideas?

You could have a side show during the reception

slide show, use them as table number cards(photo on one side number on the other), put pictures on cake table/gift table/along head table.

If you are having your reception somewhere that you can hang things on the wall, you can set it up like a museume so friends and family go from photo to photo in frames with a little caption/quote.

You can give little cds/dvds with a slide show as a favor to guests (so they can have pictures of you guys from your whole life).

How about using place card holders to sprinkle your photos all over the cocktail and reception area? Make duplicates so your originals won't get damaged. Put a sticker on the front telling when and where the photo was taken. Add a note near your place card table letting your guests know to be on the lookout for these pictures. If you know anyone into scrapbooking, they can help you laminat the photos for minimal cost.

I like the idea of using the pictures on the tables as the table numbers.

We are doing pictures as table numbers.  Each year we've been together will be a table number Ex: Table 2005 or 2010, with a picture of us from that year.

My fiance and I are incorporating our photos in our centerpieces.  We are getting lanterns from Ikea and printing our photos on some sort of translucent vellum paper and gluing them to the inside of the glass in the lantern, which we will then light up with a LED light.  This is a mixture of two ideas that I have come across before online.  (see below)

The slide show is called a "Lifetime Montage" And most DJ companies do this now.  They even put the photos together and put it to music for you, you choose the order of the photos and the songs of course.  In my area this is done at almost every wedding now and it is always one of my favorite parts of the wedding.  It forces you to take a moment to reflect on what led you to where you are now as well as all the people that helped make you who you are today.  

I also liked the idea of the digital photo frame, if your looking for something more subtle.

If you plan on sending STDs and haven't yet, you can use them for that.  I got a really cute one recently that was from a couple that dated 10 years.  On one side, they did a collage of pictures with a recent picture in the center.  Then they did a quote below it.  The wedding info was on the other side.
