Union League

Any thoughts on the UL?  Went there yesterday and it was GOREGOUS but quite pricey.

I've been there a few times for work functions.  The food is fab (not sure if it was an outside caterer) and the building itself is gorgeous!

i went to a reception there.  i felt weird being at an event surrounded by enormous oil paintings of men.

I have been to both a wedding and black tie function there and I have to say both were amazing.  The food is great and the atmosphere is great as well.

It's a great place to have a wedding. My friend's sister got married there and everyone raved. My FI and I were members at one time and we considered it for one hot minute for our venue but knew it was way out of our price range.

btw- I have to admit that there is nothing that beats the views from the Seaport musuem.  you'll be married in what, a year?  they have time to get their "ish" together. maybe?
