Anniversary Dance gift

We are doing an anniversary dance at our reception, and decided to give a gift to the couple who has been together the longest. Today I bought a journal type book for the couple, it has questions for them to fill out together about their life together. Thought i'd also include with the journal a Starbucks gift card so perhaps they could have a coffee date, on us Is anyone else giving away a gift after this dance? If so, what?

I've never heard of an anniversary dance, are they a regional thing?

My sister did this and gave away her bouquet.  I've also seen the couple be presented with a bottle of champagne and some nice toasting flutes.

That is a very nice gift. And if they do take the time to fill it out, it will be wonderful for their children/grandchildren. Neat idea!

(I've seen this a couple of times and the 'winning' couple received a floral arrangement. This is way cooler, IMO.)

We are doing an anniversary dance, but no gift.  It's a cute idea, but I have 19 days left to go & a trillion things to do so I can't add anything else to my to-do list.

<div>Depending on your budget, you could email or place a quick call to the florist and add a small arrangement or plant to the order. Not necessary, but if you wanted to do something, it's a quick fix.</div>
