NWR: Centerpiece ideas for holiday party needed

I am looking for some ideas for inexpensive centerpieces for my company's holiday party.  I can use candles, so that is an option.  Any other creative ideas?

Fill vases or round bowls with Christmas ornaments or pine cones.

  • Do a pillar candle in a bowl, fill the bottom of the bowl with fresh cranberries and top with water until all of the berries are floating. We did this at my house for Christmas.

You can even skip the water depending on how large the vessels and candels are.

  • I second the ornaments in the vases. You can also do some filled with peppermint candies or even xmas Hershey kisses. That way you are not spending too much on the ornaments!

You could also get some green wreaths, lay them flat on the table and put a candle in the middle. You can even get some little decorations at the Dollar Store to decorate the weaths...like little gift boxes (the little metalic ones) that can be hot glued to the wreath?

    Sort of like this????
