I need creative thinkers!

I'm having a coffee bar @ my wedding.  I have everything figured out besides the creamer. I'm going to buy different flavors at the store & then I plan on having them in some kind of glass pouring jar for people to use.
My question is, what kind of glass jar and do I need to keep it cold? My ceremony and reception together will only by about 2-3 hours.
If I do need to keep it cold, how?

    I agree, I think a metal tub of ice would look splendid
