We are having a beef tenderloin with bernaise sauce, chicken cordon bleu, a vegetarian choice (TBD) and a childs meal. On the RSVP card, should I just simply list: beef, chicken, vegetarian, child or should I list the exact entree?
Second question, how do I designate to the servers the meal choice from each guest? I will not be having assigned seating, only escort cards for a table designation.
