Green Apple Wedding Decor!!!

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone has some good green apple wedding decor ideas? If any of you have incorporated green apples into your decor, some pics would be greatly appreciated. I'm having trouble thinking of ideas, and I can't figure out where to buy apples and whether or not to use real or fake??? Thanks!

I love the green apple theme!  Our wedding is going to be at our apple orchard so I felt that theme was so appropriate.  I'm not going crazy with actual apple decorations but I am using the color with all the little things.  I am doing tall cylinder vases with apples in them on the banquet tables that have the food on them. My centerpieces are large mason jars with apple branches coming out of them with white hydrangeas that have a touch of apple green in them. Originally we were going to put small green apples around the base of each mason jar but decided against it.  The one last thing I'm doing with the apples is using them as a cake topper, I saw it in a picture and thought it was adorable.

I'm not doing it but I love the look of apples as table assignments and candy apples for favors.

Asside from that I made tissue paper pom poms in apple green and yellow which will be hanging from the ceiling of my tent and my mom made a apple green card basket for the entry table. We'll find out Saturday if it all comes together good!

My wedding is in 10 days and we have a navy/apple green theme.  We are using apples in cylinder vases as 1 of the 3 centerpieces (three different vase heights, each filled with apples), and have apples holding the table numbers.  Other than that, it's just the color we are using.  Come August I'll have pictures of how it turns out!

If you go with real apples you can compost or even eat them after.  If you have a local orchard or farmer's market that would be a good place to get them'.

If you go with fake you don't have to worry about spoilage but when it's over you are going to have a ton of fake apples to do something with.
