My fiancee and I are planning a mod Andy Warhol-esque wedding. There is a restaurant in Philadelphia called "POD." It's beautiful and wonderful and it has the look we are going for.
They plan on charging about $18,000 PLUS a 29% service fee! WHAT?! That service fee seems really really expensive!
What do you think? Are these types of things negotiable?
