tisue paper flowers?!?!

First off, i am on a serious budget.

Second, I like the thought of tisue paper flowers because they are cheap, they add a lot of color and they are so versatile.

However, I can't figure out how to arrange them, what to do with them, etc.

Any ideas/pictures?

I have quite some time, but would love some ideas!

You could also try ribbon flowers.  They take a lot of time but they turn out beautifully and are just as inexpensive.

i got a ton of custom colored poms on ETSY from a shop called Party Poms. I also got some paper lanterns for about $1 each on paperlanternstore.com... and I am making the lightbulbs myself using a LED lightbulb and watch battery (lighting for about 75 cents each) hope this helps
