I'm looking for a wedding-related name for our cocktail, which will be sweet tea vodka & lemonade - kind of a hard Arnold Palmer.
We're not doing anything super theme-y for the wedding. It's an outdoor June wedding in the woods. Our names start with A & Z.
TIA!
Re: Cocktail Name Needed: Sweet Tea Vodka & Lemonade
Hmmm...how about either (your name)'s Sweet Tea Punch or you could even do your first name and his last name and make it like a knock off of an "Arnold Palmer"?

[QUOTE]I was trying to think of something that was a play on Sweet Tea/ Sweetie. But I couldn't come up with anything that wasn't really corny. Although I guess it probably will be corny, no matter what we do with it.... :)

My first thought was to use "sweetie" too, but I didn't know how it would come across on your bar menu - like would you put "My Southern Sweetie" or "My Southern Sweet Tea"? I don't know why I had to include Southern, but it felt appropriate, haha.
Just on a quick google search, it looks like the name is a "John Daly" for this drink...

[QUOTE]There is a Shirley Temple. The hard version is called a Dirty Shirley. You could do a Dirty Arnold or Tipsy Palmer. If you think people will know that alcohol is in there without you telling them, then you could do something like Sweet Arnold. Obviously adjectives can swap with either Arnold or Palmer. :) Or if you don't want anything about Arnold Palmer; Hard Sweet Tea or A to Z Sweet Tea. I see you are in St. Louis, but sweet tea is a very souther thing so maybe Tipsy Southern or Souther Hard Tea. Not sure if any of those help, I'm not really too creative.
