I want to use apples for my table decorations but am not crazy about them as the centerpiece. I was thinking about using as the place cards and a lantern as the centerpiece with 3 vases around it with single flowers in them. I am having a lake wedding so I don't want it too fancy. Will that all tie in ok or will it look funny if that is the only place I am using apples? Or are there any other ways I could use apples? I feel like the apples will look odd because the center of the table will be simple and not chunky and apples are big and round. They may seem out of place.
