Photo booth help

I found a great deal on groupon for my area for a photo booth. It is $499 which is a great price in my area. However, it is only for 2 hours. Is this long enough for guests to enjoy? FI and I were thinking we could have it at the end of dinner -- 8ish -- until 10.

$500 for only 2 hours seems like a lot.  We had ours for 6 hours and it was packed all night long. We only have 125 guests.  We paid $800 through our DJ. I'm in the NYC area so I can't imagine things being more expensive anywhere else.

Ours is 800 for 5 hours. 2 hours doesn't seem long enough. Every time I have seen one at a wedding it has had a line all night. People love them

I'd also consider that the photobooth will need to come in and set up - do you really want them doing this during your dinner/reception?

IMHO, Best to pay a little bit more $ for some extra hours so that you don't have to deal with a set up/tear down during your reception.

Good point kikirst33 but if we have it in a room that is somewhat seperated from the dinner, then I don't think the guests would notice, right?

If it is in a separate room it wouldn't be noticed by the guests... however you may not get as much traffic to the booth if it is in a separate room. 

It's really up to you as to if you think it is of value.  I decided to pay for extra hours for our so that our guests could enjoy whenever they wanted.
