We're having a 1940s theme for our reception. The cocktail hour/bar area is "USO dance/WWII" theme and the reception area is "1940s nightclub" themed. I know i want to go with small lamps for the centerpieces but i'm not sure what else to use with them! The colors for the reception are mostly black white and gold. Our florist wanted to do these mirrored boxes with floating candles/flowers but i'm not really into that...any other ideas?? Thank you!
