I am an AW today with all these posts but I just had a lot going on to share this weekend!! I just got home from my second shower with FIs family! My kitchen has exploded with boxes! I got the rest of the Le Crueset Cookcare, all the serving dishes that match my placesettings, the last 4 place settings, a hand mixer, a beautiful hammock, our knive block, vaccum, tons of cookware, glass serveware, wineglasses, really it was insane. FIs cousin got us all different colored candles that go with a really nice poem and they are to be lit for all different major events, like after our first baby comes home, our first anniversary, our 25th anniversary, and all comes of things like that. The poem was so cute that went with it. We also had a few people bring our wedding gifts since they don't want to bring them to KW and we got our luggage set!
I was also opening one card and said outloud, wow the way my name is written on the outside of this card looks like FIs handwriting, and once I opened the card I realized FI bought me a gift for the shower! It was a starfish necklase made with white and black pave diamonds, it is GORGEOUS!! Love him, it was so cute for his to get me a shower gift. I was super excited!
