Help with wording

Hi!

Working on the timeline to go in the OOT bags. The reception ends at 10 pm and I am not sure what wording I should convey that the reception is over, but that we can continue the party if we want, or call it a night, or whatever.

Ideas?

I think it would be easiest if you had some kind of plan. So if your reception ends at 10 and you definitely will be going somewhere else after, then you could say "10pm: End of reception. Feel free to join us at [X location] to continue the party."

I would be trickier without a set plan, but hopefully others will have good suggestions.

10p: end of formal reception
10p-?? informal celebration to follow

You can do it however you want of course but I do agree say your resort has a discoor bar you plan to go to after I'd put that along the lines of both comments above or if your having a Dj and you want him to announce where the after party is that works too. It's your day make it how you want
