Here you go lovelies! If you have any questions, I will do my best to answer them quickly
Warm up: 8-10 mins of any cardio of your choice (raise your heart rate!)
Work out, complete sequence up to 3 times:
-Step Lunges, weights optional x15 each leg
-Tricep Dips x20
-Lower ab crunch x25
-Jumping Jacks x40
-Moutain Climbers x20 each leg
-Skater squat (outer thigh lift at the top of the squat, switching sides each squat) x15 each leg
-Lateral Raise, use free weights or any item that is 3 or more pounds x20
-VSit Torso Twist x25 each side
-Jumping Jacks x40
-Mountain Climbers x20 each leg
Remember to pace yourself, drink lots of water and stretch for at least 6-8 mins after.
