Carnival Wedding! Help!

Hey all you Brides/Brides-to-be!

I am looking at getting married on the Carnival Ecstasy in October in either Half Moon Cay or Nassau. 

I need suggestions from anyone who may have helpful answers!!

1. Are there wedding packages? If so, how much is a decent package? I would like a CD with the rights, and or a lot of different poses. I have seen some say it is negotiable is there anyone with an affirmative answer?!

2. Any pictures of an on-shore wedding at either location? I want to get married on the beach. 

3. At Half Moon Cay do you have to get married at the chapel?

4. Any estimates for floral upgrades? I would like a tropical arrangment

5. I want to upgrade to the Deluxe Romance reception, what do you suggest for entertainment? There is a DJ or MC, I guess I didn't realize there was a difference, but I would like to select certain songs to play for dances but as for the rest I don't mind what is played, any thoughts?

6. Is there discounted rates for group booking, or some perk?

Any pictures or information that I missed would be great! I am just needing so much information and I am having a difficult time to find the information without booking.

Hi. I would think your first step would be to contact Carnival directly. They should be able to send you some information on their packages and other wedding info. I too had lots of questions and my resort emailed me extra info that could not be found on their website. Good luck.

Hey! I  am a Carnival Cruise Bride. Getting married on The Carnival Dream in Dec. They have most of the information on the site. They work wirh Royal Ocean Events now so you may want to look at their website. I believe that a Tropical floral arragement is included in the package. The upgrade on a tropical floral arrangemt is the all white bouquet. I would call Carnival's wedding dept. They are really nice Good Luck. It me know if you need any help!

Hi! I am also a Carnival bride. This site should answer a lot of your questions. I'm not using one of their wedding packages, but congrats! HMC looks GORGEOUS from the pictures I've seen

So after trying to talk to the wedding department, unfortunately I got no where. They really insist that you book first, and have a booking number. So again anyone with information that they could email my way such as wedding pictures or price lists it would be greatly appreciated! I realize that you can't give me an exact quote I am just trying to get an idea before I actually begin to book my cruise... 

Also, can you do a sand ceremony at HMC? I saw a link for Nassau, but not HMC.

I have embarkation wedding info but that's all ... Let me know and I can send it. They only give custom floral rates by request, the cd W the cheapest pkg is 799$... Some have said if you dont jump on it , they MAY go down. As far as the dj goes, if I understand correctly he will play a popular mix but you can bring him original cd for special songs (1st dance etc). Group perks - basically your guest pay for those perks.. They give you a group rate at a higher cost than the least expensive room Huh Kristy

The Carnival Photography paakage ranges from 500-3000 dollars Videographer is approx 700 to 999 ( there are two packages.) the vendor will send you the upgrade list and their prices. From what i was told the Photographer comes with you can you can purchase the pictures while onboard. They send you a package that explains everything and they are happy to answer all questions once they know your serious about having a wedding cruise )))
